Giorgio Pigozzo has a master degree in Aerospace engineering from Politecnico of Milano. After his graduation he has worked for AgustaWestland (now Leonardo) in the Engineering Improvement department where he was following the standardization and harmonization procedure between the Italian and the English branch of the company. Carrying this experience, he co-founded with one colleague a start-up working in the energy-efficiency market in 2013, that is ICE: In Case of Engineering. This effective experience and the need of more intuitive and easy software for the small medium enterprises’ market move ICE to start the spin-off ICE Flex: the software house where TEMI+ is born. Now, thanks to the partnership with the Wittmann Group, TEMI+ is a MES present in more than 15 country all over the world and is aiming to become the world best system to support the molding business.
