A globally recognised expert in bioplastics, John is
currently CTO at Aquapak and Senior Partner at
S’Investec LLC and is a Chartered Chemist and Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry.

John has worked as Head of Biomaterials at the NNFCC; a Task Force member of Green Alliance Circular Economy Panel; Member of the Industrial Biotech Leadership Forum; an advisor to BEIS and Ellen MacArthur; Member of the BPF Technical &
Sustainability Committees; and serves on the governance panel of Zero Carbon Shropshire.
