Richard attended South Bank Polytechnic/University and achieved a HND in Chemical Engineering

He has an NVQ4 in Occupational Health & Safety Practice from BCS College

For almost 3 decades, Richard has worked in the Plastics Industry from processing to health, safety and environmental management covering Nordics, UK, Eire & South Africa with a large German Plastics Processes.

A short time working in the Food Industry until he set up his own Health, Safety and Environmental Consultancy business in 2016.

He is a Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH), Practitioner of IEMA (PIEMA) and an Associate of the Institute of Fire Protection Officers (AMIFPO).

He is the Chair of the BPF Industrial Health & Safety Committee, IOSH North Wales Committee and IEMA North Wales Steering Group.
