Richard has worked in various sales and marketing roles over the last 30 years, helping moulders and OEMs with material selection, polymer processing and new product introduction. More recently with Polymer Compounders, he has been supporting the development of new low toxicity flame retardant products which aim to address health and environmental concerns.
