With over 20 years’ experience in engineering across large international companies. Where I have successfully led the development of colour and black masterbatches, installed and serviced thermoplastic processing equipment, rubber processing, and testing and analysis equipment. I thoroughly enjoy the challenge in developing new products and this is something I have extensive experience in, profile, hose and tube extrusion, rubber and thermoplastic compounds and injection moulding. My aim is always to ensure the highest standard of client satisfaction, taking control of the supply chain from design through to manufacture. I believe in fully trained and motivated staff and am valued for leading teams with a respected and flexible leadership style. I am skilled in delivering technical training as well as expertise and advice across products and processes in composites and plastics. Some of my achievements include successfully commercialising newly developed products specifically designed for the local Chinese market, achieving IATF status for Colloids Plastics Company (Suzhou) Ltd, significantly improving the sales networks, developing new networks for laboratory processing equipment and playing a vital role in the establishment of network and manufacturing connections for commercialisation of successful business ventures.
