Established in 2017 Plastech Moulding are based in Norwich, Norfolk and offer a turn-key solution for all your medium to high volume injection moulding requirements.

A BRC Packaging Materials AA High Hygiene accredited site we are one of the largest suppliers of specialist food cutlery in the UK where we use the latest state of the art machinery to produce over 60 million products per year.

Current injection moulding machines range from 90 – 120 tonnes, but we are always willing to invest in new machinery & equipment if required.

In addition we have the very latest high speed flow wrapping machines running at up to 150ppm, to wrap products with OPP & FSC Paper films.

We offer a full range of services from;

Along with our sister company Plastech Additive Manufacturing we can also offer fast turnaround on design and product samples as well as low volume production runs with the use of a number of 3D printing technologies such as FDM, MJF, SLS, SLA & FFF with print volumes from 305mm x 305mm x 600mm to 1,500mm x 1,500mm x 1,500mm and nozzle sizes from 0.4mm to 10mm.This means we can take you all the way from initial concept through to fully scaled production volumes.
